Like I always do, I floated the idea past a few of my mentors on my “Legacy Dream Team” and they said they never heard of the strategy and said that I would need to use my networks and the networks of my fans because it is a “passion play.”    While others said, “Man, I think I need to hire you as my coach.”  I took that as “Go for it.  What do you have to lose?”  The answer… “Absolutely nothing!”  Although I didn’t design my approach exactly as Brendon did, I did use his idea as a catalyst for my own success.  Although I have over 40 different keynote and workshops, I decided to bring together my book, keynote and audio and wrap it into a tour—The Molly Sunshine Tour—and ask for corporate and non-profit sponsors as Brendon did.  It just felt right!  Hey Legacy fans, go with your intuition!   

Now you may be wondering, “Why Molly Sunshine?” Eight years ago two colleagues came up with my nickname “Molly Sunshine” and it stuck.  People used to call me to complain about “issues” they were having.  Now people come to me about their issues because they want to do something about them. They want to be a catalyst for change.  They want to be a part of “the shift.”  I have built a reputation that when people come to me they know that I am going to stretch them and challenge them to look inside to find solutions and discover their own “sunshine.”  People call me to get unstuck.  They do not call me to dump their baggage or vent their drama upon me.  Don’t get me wrong, I do listen to it; however, it is always my proudest moment to see my clients building the skills they need to get themselves unstuck.  It’s a beautiful process to see unfold.  I always say that one of my Legacy life goals is to work myself out of job with each of my clients so that I can make room for the other “bazillon” people who need my help.  That is why my blended approach to coaching and consulting helps my clients to empower themselves and others to make a difference and to examine what is in their control and how they are going to choose to approach life.

The Molly Sunshine Tour with the keynote “Chasing Stars while Living in the Sunshine” is going to help me reach my goal of reaching more people with my transformational message.  I am confident that it is going to explode nationwide.  Yesterday a friend posted An Article on Examiner.com and it was selected as the top article for the day.  This is just one of the many signs that the tour is going to be a success!  It’s full of hope, action, and passion!  The Book by the same title also describes in detail how everyone has the capacity to live their legacy and discover pure happiness and joy and gives readers strategies to make it come true in their life.
