Welcome to Your Legacy Coaching Adventure

This Legacy Coaching Adventure blog is not about me.  It is about YOU!

I am going to help you build your legacy and live a life that makes a difference.  Whether people admit it or not, everyone wants to experience a feeling of satisfaction and fulfillment in life.  I also know that it is human nature to get stuck in the world of self-pitty and self-loathing.

Let's face it, no one wants to wake up each morning and say I hate my job, my marriage stinks, my kids can't stand me, and my life has no purpose.  What often happens though is people get stuck in the every day rat race and forget to dream, observe, plan and live out their Legacy Adventure!

Legacy Coaching Adventure Questions:

1. What five characteristics would people use to describe you?  Break it down into groups if you like--family, co-workers, friends.

2. Are these characteristics congruent with how you want to be remembered?

Legacy Coaching Adventure Expedition:

Pick nine truth tellers--three from each group mentioned in Adventure Question #1. Ask them what three qualities come to mind when they think of you.  Keep your emotional intelligence in check and use positive reframing if necessary.  Remember, they are doing YOU a favor!  They have a right to their point of view.  Most importantly, don't forget to thank them for sharing!  I recommend that you also tell them what you are trying to achieve and that you have committed to the 12-month Legacy Coaching Adventure on this blog.  They too might want to help you (or even join in) on the adventure!

STILL STUCK? WATCH this video!  ...and ask yourself, what type of Legacy are YOU living?

CHECK BACK each month for your next Legacy Coaching Adventure!

POST your "ah ha" moments, findings and observations.  We're on this Legacy Adventure together!  Share and inspire others to live their legacy!

Live Your Legacy!
Molly
